2nd DUI While On Probation For The First One

Client was facing his 2nd dui while on probation for the first one.  The prosecutor was only willing to allow client to serve three months in jail, $3,000 in fines and court courts, 240 hours of community service, defensive driving course and mandatory alcohol treatment program. The client could not afford to spend ninety days in jail because he had a family and a job to maintain.  Embry Legal successfully assisted him in avoiding any jail time.
